Rebecca Otwell-Dove

Rebecca Otwell-Dove
More commonly known as “Dr. Bec,” Rebecca Otwell-Dove is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. With a rich background spanning multiple therapeutic settings and approaches, she partners with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that meets them where they are and supports them as they move toward where they want to be. Dr. Bec believes that healing and growth are deeply individual journeys. That’s why she tailors each session to the moment’s needs, whether that means listening with genuine and undivided presence, engaging in co-regulation strategies, exploring complex thoughts and feelings, or brainstorming practical solutions together. She also welcomes creative and often underutilized therapeutic tools — like humor or movement-based sessions (think “walk and talk”) – to help clients feel more connected and at-ease.
