Dale King’s clients include older adolescents, adults, and senior adults. In counseling, Dale works with clients to develop confidence and healthy coping skills that will enable them to deal with the stressors of life. She has experience working in cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, solution-focused therapy and dialectical behavior therapy skills training.

Dale worked extensively in hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation settings before beginning mental health private practice. She has been at A New Start Counseling Center for 22 years. Dale has been married for 36 years and has two adult children, and one grandson. Her personal interests and hobbies include all types of exercise, gardening, music, reading and volunteer work in church and community.
